Yesterday was a particularly challenging day in taming the Tiger. We discussed the virtues of obedience a time or two, but alas to little avail. That two and a half year old body was in full roar all day long and his mind was clearly the instigator. He was TRYING to obey, but everything I asked him to do or not to do was simply unreasonable (obviously). :-)
So as we were going through our bedtime routine, we rehearsed his memory verse for this week.
Mommy: "Children obey your parents..."
Tiger: "Tchildwen obey your pawents..."
Mommy: "In the Lord..."
Tiger: "In the Lord..."
Mommy: "For this is right."
Tiger: long pause... "Ohhhh."

So perfect....OH!!

:) That was the first Contessa learned too. She often quotes it in the midst of disobedience, so I know she's cognizant of what she's doing.
